I would like to share my weekly routine. Monday - Friday I'm in the gym from 5 to 7 AM. Begin my day with a 3 to 5 mile run at 8:30 minute mile pace. Jump rope for 10 minutes and hit the weights. Rotate daily upper and lower body. Every 3rd Saturday run 12 miles in or out (weather) at 9 minute mile pace. My goal is to run the Austin Marathon again in Feb. 2010. It's an annual event and only missed one in the last 10 years. Now that I'm over 50 my goal is less than 4:30 hours/minutes. I'm anxious to see how a an new product I'm taking will impact my performance and recovery.
