I'm no longer the invincible, bulletproof, go-go guy of a while ago and now have a sedentary lifestyle
I couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding if my life depended upon it.
Discovering that riding a bike was taking too much effort; I was open to a few ideas to regain some muscle strength.
