Hello everyone!

I am new to this Group and new to Ryze, so here is my introduciton.

1. I started a consulting company with a friend about 9 years ago now. A few years later we started a software company funded through the profits of the consultancy. I have a beautiful wife and two beautiful daughters ages 7 and 6. I love technology and music.

2. I am currently still involved with the consulting company(www.neosllc.com) and the software company(www.vgosoftware.com), but most of my time is spent on the software company these days. We are currently broadening our focus a little.

3. One lesson I've learned is that it is all about cash flow. If you can't make it in sales, you better start looking at cutting expenses.
