I grew up in the US and my family took me on vacation to Norway when I was 8 yrs old. Since I’m still in Norway, I like to say that I’m still on vacation :-)

I have a cheerful and positive personality and love challenges. I love people and lending a helping hand is part of my personality.

I have a great appetite for life, and have adopted Winnie the Pooh's motto for life: "Yes, please, I'll have both".

2/ Write more about what venture you're currently involved in, or what venture you'd like to work on.

I am, together with my husband, the founder of Asasmag Ltd. and Lifechanging Elements.

Our primary business is in the health and wellness industry.

Lifechanging Elements is all about inspiration, motivation and education coaching/mentoring.

3/ Share with others one lesson you've learned from being an entrepreneur

What you receive in life, and the way people respond to you, is based on your words, your actions and your habits and it all starts with a thought!

Dream BIG, the bigger the better, be persistent and get out of your comfort zone. Never give up and you will get there.

And, I agree with you, Scott, cash-flow is important, without it – no business!
