8-9 months til the Palm Beach Marathon.
:)

Got plenty of time to PLAN my runs in the mornings.
I need 4-5 of those 8-9 months for solid runs.
the rest for speed work, recovery rest days and good nutrition days.

Anyone up for a run in DEC and join me running the Palm Beach Marathon?
