Hi Fit Entrepreneurs,
Let me start this fitness thread for Entrepreneurs.
Use this to check in and tell us what you may have done to exercise this week.
I have my schedule to 5 times a week and 2 days off.
I know Scott W is registered for the MSBike.
How about all the rest.
you must do something to stay in better shape, feel better about yourself, reduce some stress, (must have a little stress..we all drive in a car..maybe),...
So report in and discuss your RESULTS what you did for the week or a particular day!
I will start!
Today I did 6.5 miles at 12pm on TM. Treadmill.
2 of those miles were 10 minute miles.
I hope to do a 4 hour marathon this December.
